The third will be the inexpensive and the most effective as compared to the expensive ones. This rely mostly on the elastic bands and produce resistance. They often use this resistance bands and proper anchoring for them to have quality systems. They are very portable and simply place them in the bag. It is called the bodylastics for those home gyms that sells resistance band. This system is set to produce up to 250lbs of resistance and it will only cost you around $50 to $100. For my home gym reviews, I will give it a perfect score.
Out of all the three types of home gym, I would highly recommend a home gym that rely on resistance bands. It does not matter whether the person who is going to use is a beginner or have years of training, the resistance band is the most effective out of the three systems that I have reviewed. The good thing about resistance band is that it is long lasting and it has no injuries. It is very effective especially if you are trying to build flexibility in your body and it is often used in different sports training and even martial arts.
