The site tests services and products independently and offers their reviews to companies. Majorly, testing of services and products is done by the review site. Other duties are listing buying guides and developing product comparison. Consumers can also rate the products.
Trustpilot is another site. Steadily, the review site is growing fast. It is a community driven reviewer’s site in Denmark. Services are available in most corners of the world now. The services are also available in the US. Companies all over the world have a platform where they collect their reviews proactively.
